SMS messaging terms

Patient Care Circle ("PCC", "we") offers an optional SMS program, Patient Care Circle Notifications, that sends short text alerts to your mobile phone so you know when to sign in. Opting in is not a condition of purchase or of using the service.

What you'll receive

• A one-time verification code when you add or change your mobile number.
• Invitation alerts — a prompt to sign in when someone invites you to connect.
• Reminder alerts — a prompt to sign in when you have an invitation still awaiting your response.

Our texts never contain health information. They tell you only that activity is waiting and ask you to sign in to view it securely.

How to opt in

Opt-in happens inside your account, not by texting a keyword. Sign in and go to Settings → Text notifications, enter your mobile number, and enter the 6-digit verification code we text you. Confirming the code and enabling "Send me text notifications" is your express consent to receive the messages described above at the number provided.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity (for example, only when you have a new or pending invitation). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out & help

• Stop: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation, and we won't text you again unless you opt back in. You can also turn texts off anytime under Settings → Text notifications.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or email support@patientcarecircle.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may vary.

Privacy

We use your mobile number solely to operate this notification program. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Notice of Privacy Practices and Terms of Service for details.
